2.3 Fraudulent Behavior

  • Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
  • Engage in bait-and-switch tactics
  • Use stolen credit cards or payment information

2.4 Spam and Abuse

  • Send unsolicited commercial messages
  • Engage in email harvesting or scraping
  • Post repetitive or irrelevant content
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate the system
  • Circumvent platform fees or payment systems

2.5 Technical Abuse

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without permission
  • Attempt to hack, breach, or compromise security
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Overload or interfere with platform infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or copy our software

2.6 Platform Manipulation

  • Manipulate search rankings or algorithms
  • Create fake engagement or traffic
  • Coordinate review manipulation schemes
  • Misuse reporting or flagging systems

3. Required Behavior

When using our Services, you MUST:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Respect other users' privacy and rights
  • Communicate professionally and courteously
  • Honor agreements and commitments
  • Report violations or suspicious activity
  • Use services as intended

4. Vendor-Specific Requirements

Vendors must additionally:

  • Maintain required licenses, permits, and insurance
  • Provide services as advertised
  • Respond to inquiries within 48 hours
  • Honor quoted prices and availability
  • Disclose all fees and terms clearly
  • Handle customer data responsibly
  • Maintain professional standards

5. Content Standards

All content posted must:

  • Be relevant to event services
  • Be accurate and not misleading
  • Be appropriate for a professional audience
  • Respect copyright and intellectual property
  • Not contain excessive profanity
  • Not promote competitors inappropriately

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy:

  • Use the "Report" button on the specific content
  • Email abuse@eventrix.com with details
  • Provide specific examples and evidence
  • Do not engage or retaliate

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

7.1 Warning

First-time or minor violations may result in a warning and required corrective action.

7.2 Content Removal

Violating content will be removed without notice.

7.3 Account Suspension

Temporary suspension pending investigation or corrective action.

7.4 Account Termination

Permanent removal from the platform for serious or repeated violations.

7.5 Legal Action

We may pursue legal action for illegal activities or significant harm to the platform or users.

8. Appeal Process

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error:

  1. Email appeals@eventrix.com within 30 days
  2. Include your account email and explanation
  3. Provide any relevant evidence
  4. We will review and respond within 7-10 business days

Decisions on appeals are final and at our sole discretion.

9. Monitoring and Investigation

We reserve the right to monitor, investigate, and take action on reported violations. We may collect and preserve information related to violations for legal or enforcement purposes. While we strive to review reports promptly, we do not guarantee specific response times.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP as needed. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
